Hi,

 

I have a Roam 2 and there is a blinking red LED.

Have tried to chat with support but it keeps prompting “A System Error Occured” and closes the live chat.

Is there anyone with help that can support?

Unfortunately, Sonos Support doesn’t inhabit this community, it is for other users to help each other. Have you read the LED states FAQ? Have you called Support, rather than trying the chat? Is there a chance that something on your system has blocked ports? Is your Roam properly powered?

Thanks for answering.

Yes, the LED status said I should contact support and after 30 minutes I got through to support on the phone. 
It seemed to be a charging situation where it did not charge after 2 hours but overnight it fully charged and works fine now.
