I have tries to reset my Roam using the 15-25 second on button press and then charging with a USB-C 5V x 3A = 15W charger fir 30 minutes. I have attempted 6 times with no luck resetting. HELP?

Sorry to hear of the issues you are having with your Roam.

Please leave Roam to charge for a few hours, just to be sure - it won’t turn on if below a certain level. Do you see the charge light come on, even briefly? If not, please try charging with a different cable and charger, if that’s an option for you.

If none of the above helps, I recommend you leave Roam to charge overnight, and to get in touch with our technical support team if it is still not turning on the next day.
