Reconnect Roam after drop off

I cannot make my Roam reconnect. I’ve been using it and it’s been working fine, but now I don’t seem to be able to reconnect it again. It shows up in the list and I can chose it, but I get an error message: “unable to connect”. What do I do?

If a power cycle isn’t working, I’d recommend that you call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.
