Sonos said they finished repairing the problems caused in the spring app update. If so, why are the speakers at my house continue to experience the same problems of unable to connect as it has been for months now. I've updated, Sonos has updated. Nothing here has changed.  Why?

Likely a local network issue, but there just isn’t enough information in your post to be sure, or even suggest avenues by which it might be remedied. Have you called Sonos Support directly to discuss it?

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

Thank you for the advice and reply. I'd provide more information however,  I'm a music lover, not a techie. I just know it was working fine, sounding great, and poof, someone broke something and it wasn't me!

I did try to contact Sonos and was told "I'm next in the cue"...however, when I found that I was waiting to speak to soneone, Sonos informed me that it would a 50 minute wait!

Now I'm looking into Blursound NODE NANO...
