Problem registering Sonos Move to my Sonos account

Picked up Move from there store yesterday. Downloaded Sonos app and a) created and Sonos account and b) updated speakers software via app.  Them tried to register/add my Move my account bur it failed multiple times. What happens:

  • registering starts ok and speaker plays the pin-code tune
  • then app instructs to push the button behind the speaker
  • app says, that adding/registering product to my account but then it always fails
  • What should I try in order to get registration done?

the device should be plugged in when setting up.

Problem solved. Move was not connected to power adapter but I did do factory reset to Move speaker and them registration worked well. Do not understand what went wrong at the first setup of the speaker but now everything works and Move sounds pretty good.
