Not working - Sonos Move

My Sonos Move has a steady green light. It will not connect to Wi-Fi and does not show up on Bluetooth 

Seems I have done a reset to no avail. Any suggestions would be very helpful

If it isn’t yet set up on WiFi, it won’t show up on Bluetooth. 

Have you read the the LED states FAQ? I’d be tempted to do two things.

First, try a network reset. Power off/down the Move completely. Then reboot your router. Wait two minutes, then power back up your Move. Wait another two minutes, then open your controller, and see if it shows up. I’d double check for any updates, then do my testing.

Second, if that doesn’t work, I’d call Sonos Support to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
