New Roam arrived yesterday.
I followed the set up system (+ new product) - went very smoothly.
left the unit on charge overnight.
opened the app (yes fully updated) and showed roam as not connected.
followed the steps, no success. Move was playing with no issues, wifi working with no issues. Reset the modem/router.
absolutely no difference. Roam will not connect.
what can be done? (Tried your chat bot and that was useless, hence coming here)
