After the app forced an update last week, my Sonos Roam is now useless just as the warranty has expired. 
 

I can’t power it on, it doesn’t charge on the base charger, and when I plug it into the plug in charger, the orange light comes on but never goes off. I’ve tried the 12 second reset and nothing. 
 

Any ideas?

Call Sonos Support directly to discuss it?


If you don’t auto-update or manually update the App it won’t need to update your Sonos devices.
