Hi,

I bought two move 2s with the idea to have them as a stereo pair when watching movies, and two individual speakers that can be moved around the house when listening to music. Never having owned Sonos speakers before, I had read about the groups in the app and assumed that I could just assign them to two different groups, one as stereo pair and one as individual speakers (e.g. room 1: “stereo”, room 2: “mobile”).

But now that they're stereo paired, I can't see them individually anymore in the groups section.

Is this type of use not possible, or am I missing a step?

And if it's not possible yet, can we please make it so? I think it would be a very useful feature.

When they’re a stereo pair, that’s it: they then have a single identity in the app. You’d need to Separate Stereo Pair to get them back as individual speakers.

That's really sad though. It's annoying having to pair and unpair them all the time. I hope this can be fixed in future  :)
