Move unresponsive

My Move is dead! Completely unresponsive. No lights, led’s or anything. I’ve tried manual rebooting with no joy. I’ve tried charging overnight but n cradle and via USB, nothing works. Pressing and holding buttons for 5, 10, 30 seconds still no joy. 
any help appreciated, I’ve had it for just over 3 years and warranty has run out!

Have you replaced the battery? I’m just guessing here, mind you.

First thing I did when seeing battery depleted message. No joy. 

Huh. I’ve no further ideas, other than calling Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
