I bought a Sonos Move due to add it to my system and having a portable speaker.

After a good job period it stop to working and Sonos replace it with a refurbished one.

Now also the second move stop working.

if I attached it to the power the orange led blink for a couple of minutes than it turn off.

I tried everything but it is impossible to turn on the speaker…

Any help?

Does the Move show up in the Sonos App?  If yes, what is the battery power?  Can you connect to the Move via Bluetooth?


Hi, thanks for you reply.It is impossible to turn on the move.

i try to pres the power button, the by button and also the procedure to reset it but no reply from the move.

only the orange flash lite blink.

it is also impossible to turn off it when you disconnect the move to the power so I expect that the battery is charged or maybe has some charge.

 

 


Likely the battery is defective. If so, battery replacement is the only option. You could try removing the battery for a little while. This might reset something.

You should work with SONOS support.
