One of my Move ( not Move 2 ) speakers has an alternating orange / white status light.  This Move is part of a stereo pair.  Both speakers reside on the charging ring when not used outdoors.  The charging light is not lit indicating a full charge.  Looking in the app both Move speakers show and are fully charged.  Both Move speakers are on build 76070.  Turning the faulty Move off then back on does not change the status light issue.  No sound from offending Move.

I will go through the process of calling Sonos and if recommended send a diagnostics.  Just thought it would be good to check with the community first.

EDIT:  Just went back into the room where the Move stereo pair resides.  The status light is now solid white as it should be.  Head scratcher.  Hopefully is stays that way.

Product updating, I think? Or possibly a fault needing contact with support.

Thanks.  That’s the first thing I did.  Orange / White could indicate in a firmware update process or a fault.  The update I took today was just for the Sub Mini.

UPDATE:

Tested the Move stereo pair.  Not much coming out of the right Move even though the status light was normal solid white and the app showed them as a stereo pair.  Removed the stereo pair and checked both Move speakers as independent speakers.  They both worked just fine.  Bonded them as a stereo pair again.  Now they work correctly.  Weird!

Typical behaviour for computers!
