Move issue still with new BT router

Have installed a new BT Smart Hub 2 today and all devices (Sonos, iPhone, tablet, TVs) connect/play except for the Move, still says offline in the app and cannot get it to add…any suggestions please?

Have you added the new WiFi credentials to the Move? If not then begin with this support link:

NB: You need to use ‘update networks’ in the Sonos App network settings.

Ended up having to delete and re-add the S2 app, Move now shows properly and plays 😀😀😀
