I have had my Sonos move for years. Love it!

Well, today I ran into an issue that it is connected to my phone via Bluetooth or through the app and it would not play any sound. The volume is on high on my phone like before and nothing. I believe I have updated the firmware as well and still nothing. Disconnected it and reconnected it. Nothing. I am at a loss. I did submit a diagnostic report and the number is: ***********
