Move, quit working, and is blinking an orange light. I tried to reboot by holding in the power button and nothing happens. Help

Based on the LED states FAQ, I would call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

Seems the battery is low… 

What you can try is putting Move on its charger ring  for some ours and then put it from the ring and try a forced restart ny pressing and holding the power button for about 15 to 20 seconds. 
 

How old is your Sonos Move? Maybe the battery is at end of life and has to be replaced. Did you use the original Sonos charging ring or another charger via usb c?
