Is the Move 2 compatible with a WIFI 7 mesh system? I had a Move and returned it because it wold not connest.

I was on the phone with tech support for an hour and we could not connect the Move to my network. According to the link in the reply, the system should have been backward compatible.
I as told the Move 2 has updated software for compatibility with newer wiifi,
