Move 2 not recognized in ios sonos app

I am trying to add move 2 into my existing sonos network.

I have move 2 on the charger

I open the sonos app (ios)

Wait for it to identify the speaker and nothing happens

I then try Add speaker and app does not see my fully charged move 2

HELP HELP this process is so aggregating

Is this a new Move 2? Have you tried a factory reset of only the Move 2? Have you called Sonos Support directly to discuss it?
