My Move won't enter Bluetooth pairing mode when I press the Bluetooth button on rear. I do hear the tone, but no blinking blue light and it doesn't show in my available devices list. It worked fine until I added eeros wifi ext devices to my existing system. I also have 2 Arcs & 2 Subs, connected to same network, working fine. Any ideas? Thx! Steve

All - thx for your inputs! Problem solved! Called eero, got a human quickly, told my sad story. His advice - change my main modem/router Wi-Fi name in the Xfinity app so that devices (incl Move 2) weren't conflicting trying to connectdid so - and POOF - solved almost instantly 😉. Everything, including all SONOS gear now works-as-advertised, WOOT!
