That suggests an issue with the Mac, and not the Sonos….but in order to be connected via Bluetooth to the Mac, the Sonos needs to be disconnected from your iPhone. The easiest way is to just turn off the Bluetooth on the iPhone. It seems like you’re doing this, so I’d call Sonos Support to discuss it.
