Why my Sonos roam will not register and why is your software like a third grader did it

The App to be working okay here and Roam/Roam 2 are registered & working - maybe check the Sonos System Requirements & those required for the App too just in case your device is running an unsupported OS version.

If the issues persist then it maybe best to reproduce the issue(s) seen and then immediately submit a Sonos system diagnostic report from within the Sonos App (if practical), note it’s reference and contact/chat with Sonos Support Staff via this LINK and see what the Staff can perhaps suggest to help you to resolve the matter.
