I plug the roam device in and a orange light turns on then after a few seconds it turns off cant seem to set the device up either

To clarify: is this a Roam or a Roam 2?
How are you trying to set it up - have you followed the guide?
Do you know what the flashing orange light signifies? I’m sure the guide will tell you it indicates low battery power or that battery is being charged?
