Any idea why I can’t group these? Roam seems to be on Bluetooth while Arc is on WiFi

Switch the Roam to WiFi mode. The light on the Roam will turn solid white when it is connected to the WiFi network. The light will be solid blue when it is in Bluetooth mode.
If you want to group the Arc with the Roam while it is in Bluetooth mode, follow these instructions:

You have to group from the Roam to the Arc. Choose the group button on the Roam, not the Arc.
