What sets SNOS apart in terms of user interface and experience?

The UI is really good. It gets good and bad comments but subjectively imo it’s a big improvement.
But what sets Sonos apart from any other app I’ve ever used is just how bad the UX is. Worst app I’ve ever used. Buggy AF even over 2 months after release. The worst.
