The Bluetooth speakers after an hour disconnecting and stay silent.the only thing I must do is unplugged the WiFi and the power in order to connect again.

Read the instructions in the link regarding your Roam (1st Generation). There is also information regarding Roam disconnecting from Bluetooth (BT) when it goes to sleep and also how to set it to auto re-connet to the last BT device it connected to.

Which speakers? Sonos doesn’t make any Bluetooth only speakers, just WiFi connected speakers that also have Bluetooth.
