Is there any way I can connect a Move speaker to my Ray so that it can be used to carry the sound to other parts of the room?

The only way is to group them with the Ray - see below:
If you experience a slight delay in the audio output, then try adjusting the ‘TV Dialog Sync’ slider control in the Rays room settings. (In ‘Settings/System/[Ray Room Name]’
