Cant register Sonos Move

I cant register new sonos move (I have another one already).

Which Sonos App are you using? Ensure the system network/controller requirements are met, as stated in the below links:

I think Pedro means he can't add it to the list of Sonos products that he has.
Only Move is listed and not Move 2.
I noticed that when I wanted to register my Move 2.

 

I didn’t have any issues registering - perhaps the server was down at the time. Just give it another go and see. If the issue persists then maybe try a different DNS (try the Google or Cloudflare public DNS) and if still no joy after that, then it maybe best to submit a Sonos system diagnostic report from within the Sonos App, note it’s reference and then contact/chat with Sonos Support Staff via this LINK  and see what the Staff can perhaps suggest to resolve the matter.

You are misunderstanding what I am writing, see attached photo, Move 2 is not on the list.

 

 

Ah I see, so you mean you can’t include it in your online community profile - that’s a bit different to actually registering the device… Sorry for the confusion, but anyhow ‘yes’ it looks like the Staff will need to get the new device added to the list of products that users own.
