cant get play one to work on wifi any more?

Hi, this feels really straightforward but I've been trying over and over and it's driving me crackers.

We have a play 1, been fine for years but recently we changed our broadband and it's stopped working.

First none of our apps would work even when the speaker was plugged into the ethernet cable, I removed and reinstalled the app and managed to get it working through the ethernet. But I've tried repeatedly to get the WiFi set up on it and it just will not connect.

I keep following the 'lets fix this' process but getting nothing.

Any ideas?

Honestly, it feels like your best bet is to call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and network.
