My Sonos roam will not connect to Bluetooth. We have tried my phone and my friends. The roam does have battery and I even plugged in too just to be sure. Why won’t it connect?

Have you setup the Roam initially on wi-fi or is it straight out the box?
Roam needs to be setup on wi-fi first before Bluetooth is possible.
