Battery loading on Roam2

What does the exclamation sign in the battery signal mean?

Sometimes when my Roam2 is loading the batterie at the batterie sign appears an exclamation sign instead the flash which indicates the batterie is loading, on both cases (the flash & the exclamation sign) the percentage of batterie appears on aside.

I am sorry to hear that your Roam 2 is showing an exclamation mark next to the battery level indicator. This likely indicates an issue with the battery but does not say what that issue might be. I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports. - they will be able to advise you the best course of action from there
