Sorry to hear you’re having issues setting the Roam into Bluetooth mode. The button on the back of the Roam is used for Bluetooth and Power, so there’s a chance you’re holding it for too long and putting the Roam into sleep mode. Our support article for the Sonos Roam says to hold the button for two seconds until you hear the second tone, then the LED on the front should change to blinking blue allowing you to pair the Roam via Bluetooth.

If you don’t hear the second tone or you do but the LED doesn’t change to blinking blue, then I’d suggest contacting our support team for further assistance, as they have the necessary tools available to help you troubleshoot this issue.

È proprio così.. non riesco ad accoppiare il mio Sonos, perchè quando pigio il pulsante sul retro, sento un primo suono e poi un secondo ma la luce bianca in alto, non cambia in blu intermittente, ma rimane bianca.. ed infatti il mio cellulare non vede il Sonos..
