I have 2 x Moves paired in the kitchen, and just recently they have started to drop/disappear from my system. If i power them off and back on they eventually come back online after approx. 5 mins.

 

On the app, when I look at System, there is a warning saying, “Kitchen not configured”.

 

These have worked perfectly up till now, and I’ve had no change to Wi-Fi set up.

 

Any ideas ?

Please try switching your router off for at least 30 seconds.

If you have any WiFi boosters or extenders, please be aware that they can be the cause of such issues and we recommend that you remove them.
