i have two Sonos roam 2 as a stereo pair, bought may 2022, one has stopped working.  Have tried 15 second start, have tried full recharge on various cable. Nothing is there any other way to do a hard factory reset. Is it still under warranty?

I’m sorry to hear that one of your Roam 2s does not seem to work anymore. All things you have tried are viable attempts and all I can advice at this stage is to reach out to our technical support, who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports. They would also be able to tell you about the warranty status.
