Is there a way to add Radio Paradise to the Sonos menu anywhere in order to be able to have a shortcut to stream Radio Paradise?

Add it to Sonos favourites via the option available by clicking the info button when it is playing, in the controller.
Just a tip to enhance your Radio Paradise listening. RP has a really nice sounding 320k aac stream (which afaict is much better sounding than the TuneIn stream. )
You can find the 320K aac direct and other streams here: https://beta.radioparadise.com/rp3.php?name=Listen&file=links
Follow these directions to add the high quality stream to your Sonos system https://sonos.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/264/~/how-to-add-an-internet-radio-station-to-sonos
Then use Kumar's advice to save it to your favourites.

Nice; I should do that as well, it is a very good and unique service.
PS: Did that easily, using the UK 320 URL since I am in India, and it sounds excellent. Thank you!

Yes, RP at 320 AAC is very nice. I often resort to it for background. Eclectic stuff.
The stream-uk1.radioparadise.com server -- in London I'd guess as it's evidently with UK-2 -- starts within milliseconds.

It does sound excellent. Thanks for the pointer.
Thank you. Done and Done.

Although I am in no way connected with RP (thought I'd better get that one in upfront) I did think they deserved financial 'listener support'. There are so few quality stations of that kind, and advert-free.
I am a supporting listener of RP. In fact, it is the default background soundtrack of my house. They are solely a husband and wife team and deserve support from their listeners. If you listen, please help support and keep the sound track of my life alive.
As a tip, I've set up both 320-AAC streams as favorites. At times, one server stream will 'glitch' but a quick switch in the app restores the music with no discernible lack of quality or delay.

I agree about supporting them for the quality of the service; the occasional comment one hears there also sets up the tracks to follow quite well.

Here's an update regarding the streaming address. As of May 2019, the above address does not work, but you can find a list of streaming addresses of different qualities from Radio Paradise here:
https://legacy.radioparadise.com/rp_2.php#name=Listen&file=links
You can then find a link to paste into your "Radio Stations" favorites (again, follow the above links for more instruction).
Is there anyway to use the features from RP app in Sonos ? i. e. syncing, mix type, etc

The different RP mixes are available on Sonos via TuneIn. The best streaming quality on Sonos is AAC320, which is the default.Â
There are no features on Sonos that mirror the RP app’s variable buffer-ahead or offline cache blocks. Â
