I’m so disappointed by the new app. It’s terrible to search. We cannot stand it!! Trying to figure out how to find music anymore?? It’s confusing all over the place. Is such a lousy platform. I used to be happy and excited to tell people that I had Sonos and now I’m embarrassed.

Only good news in latest app update (which still doesn’t work properly) is you can now downgrade to the old S1 controller for some equipment. Wasn’t straightforward (particularly around Alexa on Sonos one) but now working again
