Getting only emails in a language other than English

After purchasing our products to create our Surround System and downloading the app, we are getting emails in a language we cannot read (not sure what it is). None of the support categories are pertinent. How to change it? I want to receive any important information so I don’t know if unsubscribing will be detrimental, but getting the emails in a language I cannot read are useless.

Any suggestions?

Log in to your account at Sonos.com and change the language setting under your profile.

Log in to your account at www.sonos.com, and check the various settings there. As I recall, without looking at it, there is a place to choose the communication language, but I’d also double check where the account ‘thinks’ you are, and ensure your ‘home’ address is set properly.

Might be worth a call to Sonos Support to discuss it, then. There’s a setting somewhere.
