Hi.

Any idea why emails I get from Sonos are in Dutch?

Both langiage and address on Sonos profile is set to English / United Kingdom.

That’s certainly odd, there must be some error in a database somewhere that you don’t have access to, which shouldn’t be. 

Unfortunately, no one in this community has access either. I’m afraid you’re going to have to call Sonos Support directly to discuss it. They’re the only ones who can likely ‘fix’ it.

Although I’d certainly be tempted to switch the location you do see to somewhere else, then wait ten minutes, and switch it back…but given that what you’re seeing is already correct, you’d have to wait for the next email to see if you were successful.

Thanks. I think there must be a error somewhere in the system. I also can't get Amazon Music as a service on Sonos which I believe should be available in the UK.

I will contact Sonos Support
