I want to start by making it clear that I am not a Sonos newby. I have had the system get several years probably too many to mention. I have like a lot of users put up with the shall we say quirks of the system for years. My frustration has known no bounds. What brings me to type today? That old frustration!!! After years fighting with sky I have today changed to EE full fibre supposedly lightning fast. I spent about 50 minutes moving 5 of my devices to the new network then came a problem. The app froze and I had to close everything down. I rebooted and could only find one device, silly thing is it’s the one that gets used the least. Eventually I found a second and that’s where the story ends. Despite lot’s of resets reboots etc I can’t find the rest reboots galore!!!! I will have to try when I calm down.  SONOS TAKE NOTE!!! Sort it out so that a change of network is not a nightmare!!!!!!

It’s probably too late, but this has some good advice: Connect Sonos to a new router or WiFi network

Once you have started doing Factory Resets you have usually made thi gs worse for yourself.

Since you have posted no information about your Sonos and I have no clue what EE full fiber is I can't help. With more information there are folks here that can ususlly help.

So, S1 or S2 software?

Which Sonos? Name and generation will help.

What fiber, and what fiber to LAN device?

Any additional routers or APs?

The easiest thing you could have done was to give your new router/gateway’s WIFI the same SSID and password as the old router had. Things would have reconnected automatically.

Since you have factory reset some speakers, I would suggest moving the One or Play 1 close to your router and connect it to the router with an ethernet cable. This should get you up and running rather quickly. Add the rest of your speakers wirelessly. Then you should update your network settings inside the app.
