Do you know if there is a level 4 support? I have worked with all three levels without getting a stable system.
Level 3 has tweaked router settings for me. I have had to call in the last three weekends because speakers dropped out when using Apple Music and it skips. One technician said I need to unplug every device every ten days, and she insisted that was standard recommendation. Level three has me hard wire my Beam gen 2 and sub mini. Then, levels one and two say no, that is not supported. Level one has me connect another speaker to one of the routers in my mesh system. But, last night m, a Level Two says that is not correct.
Last night I was on the phone with Level 2 again for 1.5 hours with no solution, even though he also remotely controlled my computer. He is submitting an investigation.
If there is a Level 4, how do I reach them?
