Your wireless network will not support the use of a Sub or surrounds with your Sonos Arc

Probably the router is refusing to issue an IP address to the Sub because the request is proxied through the Arc. In that case the options are:
- change the router
- wire a Sonos device (but not the Sub or surrounds) to the network
