Set up: Sonos Beam Gen 2 / Xbox Series X / SAMSUNG - UE40MU6100 TV
Apologies as this has been asked many times from reading through forums but I’ve yet to see a clear and simple fix for this issue.
I recently bought Sonos Beam Gen 2 and I’m having a significant audio delay issue when using my Xbox Series X. This occurs when I change my audio output from stereo uncompressed to Bitstream out > Dolby Digital.
The soundbar is connected via the HDMI ARC input and the Xbox in another HDMI port.
I’ve seen products such as https://hdfury.com/product/4k-arcana-18gbps/ suggested as a possible fix but I’m much rather not fork out another £150 to solve an issue which shouldn’t happen in the first place.
Are there any other suggestions for a potential fix?
