My installer says I won’t get surround sound with my setup of Arc Ultra, the newest Amp just purchased, and two surround ceiling speakers. He claims I will only get sound through the ceiling speakers. Any insight?

Will My set up connect to a Frame TV
Get a new installer.
If the Frame is connected to the Arc Ultra via HDMI-ARC and the Amp is added as surrounds, you will get 5.0.2 Atmos from that setup.
How old is the TV? As I recall the older 32” Frames did not support HDMI-ARC, However they did have an optical audio output port that can feed DOLBY 5.1 to an ULTRA using an adapter.
