So last week I updated the firmware on my router and it for whatever reason it dropped the Sub.    How exactly does this work, I thought the SUB builds a mesh network with the ARC and only uses the local wifi for setup.

On the App it showed ARC (+?)    I had to basically reset the Sub and re-pair it from scratch.  Is this going to happen every time I update my router?

I’d assign static/reserved IP addresses to your Sonos and see if that keeps the issue from happening again.

Power Sonos down after the assignment, reboot router and controller, power up the ARC then the Sub once it boots.

I don’t even see the Sonos Sub on my list of WIFI devices. I see the ARC which I set as a static IP address for.  But the SUB shows up only as an offline device, which means its connected 1 time but not currently connected.
