When TV is switched on, the volume of all speakers go 100%

I have a serious and annoying bug from some time.

When I switch on my TV, connected to an Amp, the Amp and all active speakers in my system sets their volume to 100% !

It is obviously extremely annoying.

Before, switching on the TV would have no effect on other speakers and the Amp would detach itself from any group. This is the intented behavior.

I suspect this is a bug from lastest software release since nothing changed in my setup.

Did they have you submit a diagnostic from your system for them to check? If not, try submitting a diagnostic (Submit Diagnostics) within 10 minutes of seeing the volumes go to 100. Then call Sonos Support (Sonos Support) to discuss it. They may be able to see what’s going on since they have access to information about your network and sonos system that no one here has. Don’t post the diagnostic number here, though.

Hello sorry for my lack of replies here, I only been notified today.

I did not submit a bug report because when it happened, I rushed to lower the volume instead.

But mostly, the bug disappeared. I am now unable to replicate it… It may have a link with the fact I’ve replaced a Five by an Era 300 in my system, I don’t know.

You have at least 10, maybe 15  minutes to submit a diagnostic and include the incident's log data so it doesn't have to be done immediately although sooner is better.
