Perhaps first try powering the Arc & TV ‘off’ for 30s and then ‘on’ again and just see if that resolves the issue. Make sure the volume+ button is not stuck on any of your ‘remotes’ that work with the TV.

Thanks for getting back so quickly, I turned arc off and back on again that seems to have done the trick,will keep an eye on it. Thanks again Steve
