My setup is an Arc, Sub Gen 3, and 2 Sonos SL for surround sound connected through HDMI Arc to Sony A80J. When playing a movie or watching anything with surround audio on, the main “voice” comes from one of the SL speakers instead of the Arc. As if that back-left speaker is the center…
I’ve tried everything. Factory reset and reconnected all products. Upgraded HDMI cables. Trueplay. Everything. And every time the same thing happens.
Help would be much appreciated!

I’ve never heard of anything like that before. I think it might be best if you were tosubmit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it.
There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.
When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and network.
