visualization on sonos eARC hdmi input

hi guys!

so glad to join this comunity 

just bought my first sonos product - sonos arc

when i first connected it to my earc hdmi port, i was able to see some nice patters when switching to this hdmi inout on my tv

but now i can’t seem to get it again - when moving to that input (hdmi 3 - earc) i get a blank screen

the arc itself works fine, with tv sound or sounds from app 

but there’s always a black screen (“no signal”) altough the arc is fully functioning 

 

how can i see this visualisation again?

Nope, but I found the solution (in an old thread here). I unplugged it, replugged, and it came back. Thank you.

    Does the screen come back if you select it and then do a control input to the Arc from the remote or touch pad?
