Just wanted to share some useful information. I found a post in this community suggesting a HDMI ARC Audio Extractor made by Tohilkel and sold on Amazon. I had tried everything up to that point and I’m a HT technician for Geek Squad. It worked like a charm. Sound immediately started playing as soon as I plugged it in with zero issues. Idk about other TVs but this TV in particular definitely works. More than likely it will work on other TVs, especially other Samsung TVs. Ordered 2 for the 2 of the same model TV listed above.
