I can't upgrade my Sonos One SL, every time it says impossible to upgrade on my iPhone application (I have the latest version of Sonos on my iPhone), and on the other hand the speaker keeps disconnecting and you can't connect it.

Can you temporarily connect it to an Ethernet cable, whilst the update is performed?


Yes I can, and it will help ? 

 


Sometimes it does, judging from other threads on this forum. It eliminates the possibility of wifi dropout during the update process.
