unable to bond sub in new sonos app

I am trying to connect the sub gen 3 to the arc but on the app when I try to connect it, it logs me out of the app.  Is there a bug on the app? How do I connect the sub without the app?

Have you tried check for updates in the app? I saw some users able to fix the “Can’t pair sub to arc/beam” by updating to the newly released update version for speakers and then trying again to connect them. Also saw some others resolve their issue by using other phone
