Can’t get my Sonos app / Ultra Arc to see my Sonos wireless headphones (WH1000XM5). Looking for advice.

The Bluetooth in Arc Ultra is to receive and play bluetooth audio, it is not to transmit audio to headphones.
The Sonos Ace headphones also do not connect with the Arc Ultra over bluetooth.
You need to pair your Sony XM5 headphones with your television or if your TV doesn’t have bluetooth, you would need a bluetooth transmitter connected to the TV to use them.
